Sara Monroe is an experienced client success professional currently serving as a Client Success Manager at COCC since July 2017, where Sara has also held roles including Team Lead of Client Success and Sr. Relationship Manager. Prior to COCC, Sara worked at TD from August 2009 to June 2017, progressing through positions such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Supervisor, and Head Teller, focusing on operations, team motivation, and customer service excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Yankee Candle from November 2004 to August 2009. Sara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Media Studies from Central Connecticut State University and completed further education at the Connecticut School of Finance and Management from 2016 to 2018.
