Jessica Loi currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica was the HR Leader for Malaysia & Singapore at Kenvue, where responsibilities included driving key people agendas in both commercial and operational sectors. Jessica's extensive experience in human resources includes positions as a Human Resources Business Partner at ByteDance, where collaboration with business leaders focused on talent development, and roles at L'Oréal, encompassing talent acquisition and people development. Jessica began their career at Unilever as a Leadership Development Executive, overseeing employer branding and learning programs. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Biology in Environmental Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
