Isabela Perez Nivela is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within top institutions. Currently serving as the VP Legal for Strategy at Coca-Cola European Partners since 2016, Isabela also holds positions as General Counsel, Director, and Board Secretary at CCEP Iberia, as well as the Legal Vice President for Strategy in CCEP's European operations. Additional roles include Independent Advisor at Holaluz.com and Chairman of Andbank Wealth Management. Isabela contributes to academia as a Professor in Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Tax Law at ESADE Business & Law School. Formerly, Isabela held significant positions in the Spanish government, including Chief State Lawyer in Catalonia and Deputy Chief State Lawyer at the State Administration Agency.
