Richard "Sonny" Pittman is an accomplished professional in food science and product development, currently serving as Senior Scientist IV at Coca-Cola Beverages Florida since March 2022, where responsibilities include designing IP solutions for supply chain challenges. Prior roles include Concept Development Chef and Product Development Scientist at Nestle Research Centre, and Product Development Scientist in the Ice Cream Division of Nestle, where significant contributions included the launch of new product lines and development of prototypes. With a strong educational background including a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, Richard has also held educational positions as a director and adjunct professor, showcasing expertise in both culinary and food science spheres.
