S. Tsargand is an experienced International Project Manager currently working with COC Nederland and serves as an Expert Member of the European Commission's Expert Group on the Views of Migrants. As Chairperson of PARTicipate, S. Tsargand focuses on supporting migrants and refugees in integration and community mobilization. Previous roles include Senior Project Officer for Eurasia at Free Press Unlimited and Campaign Coordinator for UNITED for Intercultural Action, where S. Tsargand led campaigns addressing antisemitism, racism, and refugee deaths. S. Tsargand also has experience with the Netherlands Helsinki Committee, Child's Rights Defenders League, and Society Integration Foundation. Academic qualifications range from an LL.M in Public International Law and Human Rights to degrees in Social Sciences, Engineering Science, and Computer Engineering.
