Shai Hikre's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Processor+ QA at VATBox - Automated VAT Recovery & Governance. They held this role from August 2016 to May 2017.

In 2017, they joined Matrix as a Technical Help Desk for a four-month period from May to September. Following this, they started working at bizibox in September of the same year. At bizibox, they had a role as a Technical Support Help Desk and QA, which lasted until April 2021.

Currently, Shai Hikre is working at Cobwebs Technologies as a QA Engineer, starting in April 2021.

Shai Hikre pursued their education by first attending the College of Law and Business from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Later, in 2018, Shai enrolled in HackerU - האק×Øיו המ×Øכז ללימודי מחשבים והשמ×Ŗ עובדים בהייטק, where they completed a full stack course in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from 2018 to 2020.
