Customer Support Engineer at Cobwebs Technologies

Assaf Goldstein has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Assaf began their career as a Support Team Lead at the Israeli Air Force, where they gained experience in D-Level Maintenance, Computerized Test Equipment stations, and Signal Processing. From there, they moved on to Applied Materials as a Customer Engineer, providing customer support in the semiconductor industry for notable companies such as Intel and IBM. Assaf also led a process project, adjusting system processes to meet customer requirements. After that, Assaf worked at Tdsoft as a Pre-Sale Engineer, focusing on key account customer management and interoperability testing with leading telecom switches and DSLAMs. Assaf then joined NICE inContact, where they held multiple roles including Level 3 Customer Support Engineer, responsible for analyzing performance issues on various software, hardware, and virtual environments. Assaf also worked as a Platform Engineer, handling the integration and evaluation of hardware products. Currently, Assaf works at Cobwebs Technologies as a Customer Support Engineer.

Assaf Goldstein attended ORT Technological College in Rehovot from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electronic Systems.
