Pete Fleming has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Pete has served as the Director of the MMIC Design Center at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions since 2019, where they oversee the development of high-performance RF MMICs. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering at Cobham and Cobham Defense Electronics from 2013 to present. Before joining Cobham, Pete held the position of NCS Hardware Engineering Director at Raytheon, where they managed the hardware design and support functions for Network Centric Systems. Pete also worked at Texas Instruments as the Engineering Director for Defense Systems and Electronics Group and as the Technical Marketing Department Manager in the Semiconductor Group. Pete began their career in the United States Army/Army Reserve as a Captain.

Pete Fleming has a Bachelor's of Science in Physics from North Texas State University and a Masters of Science in Physics from the University of North Texas.
