Bobbie Sprouse has extensive experience in systems analysis and military operations, currently serving as a System Analyst Planner at Cobec Consulting, Inc. since October 2020. Previous roles include leading the NAS Resiliency Program at the Federal Aviation Administration, where efforts focused on enhancing the resiliency of the National Airspace System in response to critical events. Bobbie also held significant positions in the TN JFHQ, coordinating military support for disaster declarations, and in the Army National Guard, managing operations and command of a reconnaissance squadron. Additional experience includes senior management of the Aviation Safety Action Program and technical operations at the FAA. Bobbie holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Science in Operational Management from Tusculum University, and an Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Coastal Carolina Community College.
