Niels Doerje is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic growth across various organizations. As a Founding Partner at CHAIRPEOPLE since June 2015, Doerje has played a pivotal role in multiple ventures, including serving as a Supervisory Board Member at Guestnet and as Chairman of the Board at The Boutique Agency. Doerje has also held positions as Strategic Growth Mentor for founders and management at both limehome and Nuri, and as an Industry Board Director and member of the Supervisory Board at COBE. Additionally, Doerje is a Founding Board Member of the International Resilience and Sustainability Partnership and has co-founded Ryte. Academic contributions include a role as a University Lecturer in the Executive Master of Arts in Digital Pioneering at Zeppelin Universität.
