Kari Rullo is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Cobalt MedPlans since August 2016, Kari has also held positions as a QA/Trainer, Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Logistics Coordinator at KJK Logistics for six months in early 2016 and serving as an Insurance Sales Agent at Bankers Life from October 2014 to February 2016, specializing in life insurance and Medicare supplemental policies. Kari began a career in customer service at Southern Imperial, where tenure lasted from March 2007 to September 2014. Education was completed at Harlem High School, graduating in 1998.
