Jamshed Uddin has eight years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2012, they began their career as an Executive System Support at ConnectBD Ltd. In 2013, they worked as an Engineer (System) at Information Solutions Ltd., where they were responsible for analysis client's requirements and proposing solutions, doing in-house R&D, and working with Dell Servers, M1000e Chassis, Dell Storage Equallogic, Compellent, Tape devices, EMC Storage, and Backup solutions. In 2014, they worked as a System Administrator at FAO, where they managed and led the systems integration and maintenance operations, administered VMware and 150+ VM infrastructures, and installed, configured, and maintained servers in Linux environment. From 2016-2018, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at SiS Inflexionpoint (BD.) Limited, where they designed, architected, and implemented Microsoft products, Dell solutions, and services, assisted sales team as technical sales concern, and worked as a key technical person for the technical solutions team. Since 2020, they have been a Lead System Admin at COBAIT, where they manage, advises, and leads the technical solutions team, envisions, plans, designs, and implements Microsoft and Dell products/solutions/services, and continuously shapes and maintains infra side of Azure/OnPrem for clients.

Jamshed Uddin obtained their Master's in Science in Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University between 2015 and 2016. Jamshed has obtained various certifications, including Designing and Deploying Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 from Microsoft in June 2019, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Productivity Certification from Microsoft in June 2019, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft in August 2014, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in July 2018, Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco, Cyberoam Certified Network and System Professional from Cyberoam, Microsoft Certified System Associate from Microsoft, Red Hat Server Hardening - RH413 from Red Hat Asia Pacific, Redhat Certified Engineer from Red Hat Asia Pacific, Redhat Certified System Administration from Red Hat Asia Pacific, and Redhat Linux Security Expert.
