Catherine Mathis has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Catherine currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer at Coave Therapeutics, where they are responsible for overseeing the regulatory strategy and operations for the company's gene therapy programs. Prior to this, they served as Chief Development Officer at Enterome, where they supervised pharmaceutical development, regulatory preclinical activities, and regulatory affairs for the company's immunomodulatory drugs. Catherine also worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Elsalysbiotech, overseeing projects management and development activities. Catherine has a background in regulatory affairs, having served as a Senior Director at Voisin Consulting Life Sciences and as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Transgene. Catherine'sexperience also includes roles at Sanofi Pasteur and Ipsen in clinical research.

Catherine Mathis completed their education at Université Paris Cité. Catherine earned a Pharm D degree in Pharmacy from 1982 to 1987, followed by a Master's degree in Applied and Basic Toxicology from 1987 to 1988.
