Currently working as a Production Fulfillment at Coava Coffee Roasters, Ren oversees the shipment and delivery of high-volume orders with a strong attention to detail. Ren previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Honeylove, handling multiple customer service systems and providing excellent support across various channels. As an Assistant Manager at Try Hard Coffee Roasters, Ren built customer loyalty, trained new hires, and ensured efficiency in operations. Graduated from Texas Christian Academy in 2012.
