Morgan Smith is an experienced recruiting professional with a focus on executive searches in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Recruiting at Coatue Management since May 2022, Morgan's expertise encompasses product, engineering, and design roles. Prior experience includes a role with Meta's TalentX, supporting senior-level searches across the organization, and serving as Principal at Riviera Partners, specializing in executive-level product and design searches.
