Scott Hechlik is the President and Founder at Coatue Companies, where Scott has been since 2016. Scott also holds the title of Project Manager at Githler Development since December 2017 and is a Partner at Emergent Development. Prior to their current roles, Scott has had extensive experience in various positions at Osprey s.a. Ltd., Osprey Real Estate Services, and Osprey Construction + Development. Scott has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University.
