Mattye Gouldsby-Jones is an experienced attorney currently working at Coats Rose, P.C. since April 2005. Prior to this role, Mattye served as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at the Dallas Housing Authority from 1990 to 2005.
