Philip Glover has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Philip started as an Engineering Intern at Bend Research in 2008, where they worked on various automation projects. Philip then progressed to roles at Bend Research, Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Alcresta Therapeutics, Neon Insights, and Coastar Therapeutics, where they held positions ranging from Research Chemical Engineer to Director of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls. Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated strong skills in research and development, engineering management, and product development.

Philip Glover completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2011. Prior to that, they studied General Studies at Central Oregon Community College from 2007 to 2008. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from UC San Diego Extension.
