Adam Crowl serves as the Assistant Store Manager at Coastal Farm & Ranch since June 2015, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service alongside the management team. Simultaneously, Adam has held the position of Children's Pastor at Colossae Church since September 2014, emphasizing the importance of children's discipleship. Previous experience includes serving as a Team Lead at Urban Outfitters from February 2012 to September 2014, where Adam managed departmental operations and visual displays. Adam also worked as the Assistant General Manager at Cole Haan from April 2009 to February 2012, responsible for staff training in product knowledge and daily management. Adam completed a Bachelor's Degree in Bible/Biblical Studies at Eternity Bible College, attending from 2012 to 2016.
