Benjamin Courtney, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Benjamin is currently the Director of Business Operations at Coastal Vineyard Care Associates since November 2022.

Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Summerland Wine Brands, where they held multiple positions including Director of Business Analytics from January 2018 to November 2022, and Director of Business Operations from November 2018 to November 2022. Benjamin led teams in Operations, Finance, and IT, implementing process controls and an ERP system to drive growth and increase revenue. Benjamin also built partnerships to meet forecasted demand successfully.

Before their time at Summerland Wine Brands, Benjamin was the Director of Operations at RWL Fabrication from an unspecified start date in 2014 to 2018. Benjamin managed all aspects of the start-up, specializing in fabricating custom props for national clients and experiencing rapid growth.

From 2010 to 2014, Benjamin served as the President of Courtney Capital Management, transforming the firm into a financial consulting agency and assisting medium and large employers with various operational and planning aspects.

Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors LLC from 2007 to 2010.

Benjamin began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Security Forces Marine and Infantry Marine from 1999 to 2003.

Benjamin Courtney, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
