Shelly Thomas, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the VP Human Resource Operations Manager at Coastal Community Bank since August 2016, previous roles include AVP Human Resource Operations Manager and AVP Sr. Human Resource Generalist. Prior to Coastal Community Bank, Shelly held the position of Divisional Human Resources at WaFd Bank from 2013 to August 2016 and served as Human Resources Manager at AAOA Healthcare - Affiliated Services, LLC from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, Shelly's early career included roles at First Heritage Bank, ending in 2011 as Human Resources Manager and previously as Human Resources Generalist.
