Kimberly Crawley, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Coastal Cloud since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Director of Impact Operations at Traction on Demand from January 2021 to September 2021, focusing on community engagement and sustainability initiatives. Kimberly's experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of People Operations at Persado, where data was utilized to enhance recruitment and organizational design. Previous roles at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, involved various leadership positions in talent operations and acquisition. Kimberly's career began with internships in human resources and marketing. Kimberly earned a degree in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from Fordham University in 2012.
