Thomas Koczara holds extensive leadership experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Coastal Carolina University since October 2021. Previously, Thomas was the Associate Vice President Human Resources at the University of Wyoming from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior to these roles, Thomas spent nearly a decade at ROCHE TISSUE DIAGNOSTICS, where responsibilities included senior HR leadership across various operational sectors and a period as General Manager for Spring Bioscience. Thomas obtained an undergraduate degree in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
