John Tucker is an experienced manager with a strong background in property management and operations. At Pipeline Health System from March 2016 to January 2024, John served as the Manager of Leased Property, overseeing lease agreements and managing multiple medical office buildings, while leading negotiations for 19 contracts. Prior to this role, John was the Executive Director at Brookdale Senior Living Inc. from February 1989 to December 2015, where oversight of daily operations was a key responsibility. Additionally, John held the position of Operations Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company, from January 1999 to June 2010, managing loan transfer processes, employee development, and vendor contracts, while successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Troy University, earned between 1979 and 1982.
