Hartley Simpkins, P. Eng., currently holds the position of Manager, Maintenance Engineering at Coast Mountain Bus Company since September 2023. Previously, Hartley served as Service Engineering Lead at Svante, where responsibilities included developing the Service Department and establishing service procedures and reporting systems. Prior experience includes roles such as Product Support Engineer at Pacific Rim Engineered Products (1987) Ltd., focusing on project management and vendor procurement, and Mechanical Engineer at Harbour Air Seaplanes, concentrating on R&D for DeHavilland Legacy aircraft. Additional experience encompasses engineering positions at Highline Manufacturing, Crestline Coach Ltd., and PWA Engineering, along with earlier roles in drafting and design support.
