Derek Hood is an Engineer In Training at Coanda Research and Development Corporation since July 2018, focusing on the design and execution of experimental programs including benchtop experiments, small-scale piloting, and field testing. Key areas of expertise include stripping experiments, mass transfer modeling, flotation separation, and environmental remediation. Previously, Derek Hood worked as a Researcher at Inline Dewatering Ltd. in 2014, experimenting with Cross Flow Filtration technology on Fluid Fine Tailings.
