Jen Gurecki serves as the CEO of Coalition Snow, a pioneering ski and snowboard company established for women, and is also the Co-Creator and Co-Host of the Juicy Bits Podcast, which explores diverse topics relevant to women in the outdoor community. In addition, Jen holds the position of Editor In Chief at Sisu Magazine and is the Founder and Board President of Zawadisha, a Kenyan social enterprise focused on empowering rural women through microfinance. With extensive experience as a public speaker, Jen has participated in numerous panels and discussions on leadership and social entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Karukinka Outdoors, Marketing Consultant for Savage Wilderness, and Executive Director of Adventure Risk Challenge. Jen's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Non-Formal Education from Prescott College and a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism from Northern Arizona University.
