Halley Holmes is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in advocacy and community development. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications at the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED) since January 2020, Halley facilitates advocacy and communications strategies that promote equitable communities in Washington, DC. Prior to CNHED, Halley held positions such as Communications and Fundraising Manager at the National Housing Trust, where efforts focused on advancing preservation and sustainable development work. Experience also includes roles at Rover.com, Van Eperen, and various internships that highlight expertise in social media, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Halley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication - Public Relations from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts from Montgomery College.
