Shantam Sinha has a strong background in management and engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Coal India Limited since February 2022, after starting there as a Management Trainee. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager and Officer at Federal Bank from July 2019 to January 2022, and Customer Relationship Executive at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 2018. Shantam's engineering experience includes internships focused on industrial pumps and heavy machinery at Flowmore Limited and Coal India Limited, along with a certification in CATIA V5 R18 during a summer internship at e-datapro.
