Antoine Starks is an experienced project manager currently serving at Coal Creek Consulting since January 2017, where coordination of high-volume cell tower projects for major accounts such as Verizon and T-Mobile has been a primary responsibility. Antoine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Arizona State University, graduated in May 2015.
