Tony Young has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Federal Programs for the West Tallahatchie School District since July 2021. Additionally, Tony has been an Adjunct Professor at Coahoma Community College since August 2010. Previous roles include Principal at Sunflower Consolidated School District from July 2016 to July 2021 and Principal at Coahoma County Jr/Sr High from July 2014 to July 2016. Tony began a teaching and administrative career at West Tallahatchie School District, where roles ranged from Teacher to Principal from August 2000 to June 2014. Tony holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northcentral University (2012-2013) and a Master's degree in Education from Delta State University (2009-2010). Education was also pursued at Mississippi Valley State University from 1998 to 2000.
