Ron Hill has a long and varied work experience. Ron started in 1976 with the United States Army as an Enlisted Veteran, where they held a Field Artillery Crewman position and obtained a Classified Clearance and attended Leadership School for Non Commissioned Officers and Computer Operator School at Ft. Benjamin Harrison in Indiana. In 1985, they began coaching for Arena League 2/Minor League Football, starting with the Chesapeake Bay Neptunes MDFL/CIFL as a Running Back Coach and then moving to the Tidewater Sharks MDFL as Head Coach in 1989. From 1994 to 1995, they were a Receiver Coach for Booker T Washington High School in Norfolk, VA and then returned to the Chesapeake Bay Neptunes MDFL as Head Coach from 1997 to 1999. Ron then moved to the Norfolk Nighthawks AF2 in 2000 as Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Coach, followed by the Manchester Wolves AF2 in 2004 as Offensive Coordinator and Interim Head Coach, the Virginia Hurricanes NAFL in 2005 as Head Coach, the South Georgia Wildcats AF2 in 2006 as Assistant Head Coach, and the Cincinnati Junglekats AF2 in 2007 as Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator. In 2007, they also began working for the City of Milton Ga. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board as a Board Member. In 2010, they began working for Atlanta Sports Academy as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Trainer AMFPT and Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Student Life, where they oversaw the daily operations of the academy and student life off the field of competition. In 2012, they began working for Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Academy as Assistant Varsity Football, Girls Basketball/Head Middle School Track, where they were responsible for filming and player evaluation, skill training by position emphasis on guard play, and stat accumulation for review by GHSA. Ron also began working for CoachUp as a Private Coach and for Fellowship Christian Athletes as a Football Camp Coach. In 2013, they started secondtononetraining, a training service to help athletes reach their full potential, and began working for Beyond Sports Network as a Guest Coach (Offensive Coordinator), where they developed and instructed offense for player evaluation and testing. Finally, in 2012 they began working for North Atlanta Saints as Head Coach, where they were responsible for developing and evaluating players currently on the roster and providing a competitive and structured program during both in season and offseason.

Ron Hill attended Fayetteville State University from 1981 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology.
