Thomas Gelmi is the Owner and Managing Director of GELMI - Executive Coaching & Leadership Development since 2010, specializing in enhancing leadership, teamwork, and customer relations with a human-centered approach. As an Official Member of Forbes Councils, Gelmi shares insights drawn from extensive experience across various industries. Serving as an Academy Trainer at HWZ University of Applied Sciences Zurich, Gelmi also holds executive coaching roles with Global Coach Group, CoachSource LLC, and Robertson Lowstuter, focusing on optimizing leadership capabilities. An Associate Executive Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Gelmi supports leaders in fostering long-term positive behavioral change.
