Anita Gupta is a prominent leader in the fields of coaching and leadership development, serving as Co-Founder and Chief Visionary at My Persona since 2012. Gupta specializes in creating programs that enhance authentic leadership by leveraging individual strengths and beliefs, fostering centered and inspiring leaders through Executive presence. In addition to this role, Gupta is an Executive Coach and President of the Chennai chapter of Coaching Foundation India (CFI). Prior experience includes consulting for INTERWEAVE COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD. on Gender Diversity Sensitivity Training and a lengthy tenure at JWT, where Gupta held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Partner for over two decades. Gupta holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Elphinstone College, Mumbai.
