Jesse Ruiz is an experienced multimedia specialist currently working at Coachella Valley Water District since September 2006, while also serving as the West Region Director for the National Association of Government Web Professionals since November 2021. Previously, Jesse held the position of Artist at Ernie Ball, Inc. from 2002 until September 2006. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science in Multimedia & Web Design from The Art Institutes, completed between 2000 and 2002, as well as a high school diploma from Indio High School, obtained in 1998.
