Rusty Smith currently serves as the Riverwest Operations Coordinator at COA Youth & Family Centers since September 2017. Prior to this role, Rusty was the Director of CLC Programs at the same organization before retiring in June 2016. Rusty holds a BSM in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, completed in 2004.
