Sarah Lawrence is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in risk management and internal audit. Currently, Sarah serves as the Head of Compliance and Head of Internal Audit at Co-op, and holds positions as a Foundation Governor at a local primary school and a Charity Trustee at Heart for Justice. Prior to these roles, Sarah was a Director in PwC's Risk Assurance practice, specializing in internal audit and operational risk management, and gained extensive experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in various managerial roles. Sarah's career began in the insurance sector, managing a reinsurance portfolio at Allianz. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in German and Management Studies from the University of Leeds and a City & Guilds Licentiateship in Interpersonal Skills.
