Lily Pritchard is an experienced Senior Project Manager in Strategy & Transformation at Co-op since July 2018, with a strong background in public services and healthcare. Previously, Lily served as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, where involvement included government devolution, public service reform, and health integration from March 2014 to July 2018. Prior to that role, Lily was the Head of Programmes for Healthcare and Public Service Innovation at ITW Networks from February 2011 to March 2014, leading change management programmes for healthcare. Lily holds an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Social Science from Utrecht University. Skills include account management, policy development, client communications, team leadership, and workshop facilitation.
