Ernesto Cruz currently serves as the Director of Community Organizing & Community Economic Development at Co-op Power since February 2019. Previously, Cruz held the position of Legislative Aide for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from January 2015 to July 2017 and was the Technology and Marketing Director for the Committee to Elect Jose Tosado from May 2014 to January 2015. Additional experience includes working as a Campaign Coordinator for United Way of Pioneer Valley from November 2013 to May 2014 and as a Field Organizer for Ed Markey's U.S. Senate campaign in March to July 2013. Cruz possesses a diverse skill set encompassing branding, graphic design, web design, data analysis, press communications, social media management, media coordination, policy research, and community outreach.
