Luis A. Gutierrez has a diverse work experience in the construction and development industry. Luis A. is currently working as a Project Executive at CNY Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Construction - New York at Hollister Construction Services from July 2019 to November 2021. Luis A. also worked as a Vice President at Hudson Meridian Construction Group from August 2004 to June 2019. In addition, Luis held the position of Senior Project Manager at The Velez Organization from January 2004 to August 2004, and was a Principal at SPACE Consulting, Inc. from November 2002 to January 2004. Luis A. also worked at NOVA Corp, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager / Senior Field Manager from August 1998 to October 2002, and served as the Vice President of Project Management at SCR Design Organization from September 1990 to August 1998.

Luis A. Gutierrez pursued their education in architecture at the School of Architecture at Syracuse University from 1980 to 1986. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree, specializing in the field of architecture. Luis A. also completed a 5-year Professional Degree in Architecture at Syracuse University's School of Architecture. In 1985, Gutierrez participated in a program offered by the Syracuse University Division of International Programs Abroad (DIPA), focusing on Italian architecture and art. As part of this program, they achieved a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree.
