Joshua Schrader is an experienced legal professional with a focus on land records and lease analysis. Since November 2017, Joshua has worked at CNX as an Analyst III Land Records and previously held the position of Contract Attorney/Lease Analyst at CNX Gas. Prior to that, from October 2016 to November 2017, Joshua served as a Lease Analyst/Contract Attorney at CONSOL Energy. Joshua began a legal career at Prichard Law Office as an Attorney At Law from October 2013 to November 2016, following a role as a Clerk at Philip A. Prichard from May 2005 to September 2013. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from West Virginia University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Fairmont State University.
