Aaron Thunder Dillon is an accomplished Regulatory Reporting Engineer at CNX since June 2017, specializing in ESG-related datasets and solid waste data collection while developing an ESG scorecard for company-wide KPIs. Prior roles at CNX include External Relations Engineer, where substantial contributions were made to a $30M foundation and the CNX Mentorship Academy, and Reserves Engineer, focusing on data management and SOX compliance. Earlier experience encompasses a range of engineering and analytical positions, including roles as Co-Owner of Thunder Resources, LLC, President and Co-Founder of the Energy Business Alliance, and Business and Planning Analyst at Shale Crescent USA. Aaron is a Marietta College graduate with dual Bachelor's Degrees in Energy Business Management and Petroleum Engineering, preceded by an Associate Degree in Engineering Sciences & Technology from CT State Three Rivers.
