Del McAdams has over 25 years of experience in sales and customer development. From 2009 to present, they have been the VP of Customer Development at CNS Vital Signs, where they train and develops clinicians and assists in applying Neurocognitive Assessment Battery to improve patient care. Prior to this, they were the Leader, Facilitator & Owner at S&LT from 2008. From 1983 to 2008, they worked at SC Johnson Wax, where they held roles such as Sales Performance Manager, Regional Market Manager, and Key Account Manager, Div. Mgmt Rep, Area Manager. As Regional Market Manager, they were responsible for sales and business development of all product lines in a 16 state region and led teams of up to 13 with sales of up to $110 million.

Del McAdams attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government.
