Debra Hoffmeyer has extensive experience in clinical research and development, currently serving as a Clinical Development Science Strategist at CSTrials since February 2023, where responsibilities include ensuring study execution and managing site relationships for a national phase 2 to 3 clinical study, alongside a background in contract negotiation. Debra has held various leadership roles with ISCTM since 2011, including Membership Committee Member and Co-Chair for multiple FDA Guidance initiatives. As a Founding Board Member of CNS Summit since 2009, Debra contributed to advancing clinical trial methodologies. Debra founded and served as CEO of Cenexel CIT and CiTrials, both focusing on inpatient clinical trials across different phases. Previous roles include Clinical Research Director at Affiliated Research Institute, Clinical Research Associate at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Research Technician at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where Debra was instrumental in protocol design and patient care. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1991 to 1994.
