Kelly Manley currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Transformation Officer at CNH Industrial since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly Manley held multiple positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from November 2013 to April 2021, including Vice President of Global Talent, Leadership & Learning, and Head of Global Talent. Earlier in the career, Kelly Manley gained experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from March 2007 to May 2013, Daimler Chrysler from October 2005 to March 2007, Magna International, Common Ground, Inacom Corporation, and Shandwick, with various roles focused on human resources and client relations. Kelly Manley holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from William Tyndale College.
