Indrajit Malvade has over 17 years of experience in the field of design analysis and simulation, currently serving as Manager and Team Leader at CNH Industrial since April 2021. Prior to this role, Indrajit spent 14 years at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. where responsibilities included developing technology strategic roadmaps, executing innovation projects in adhesive and hybrid joining technologies, and contributing to the advancement of structural adhesive solutions. Indrajit has a strong background in engineering, with a Master of Science in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, specializing in Finite Element Analysis, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Government College of Engineering Karad. Indrajit also has experience as a lecturer in mechanical engineering at AISSMS College of Engineering.
