Sibongile Tshili is a seasoned professional in logistics and field operations with extensive experience in the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Field Operations Coordinator at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since July 2018, Sibongile leads field operational activities and has implemented improvements that enhanced internal processes by 10% and office security by 15%. Previously, Sibongile held the title of Logistics Officer at CNFA, where a significant procurement effort for a $60 million USAID project was conducted and vital operational policies were developed.
