Aytan Suleymanova is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Aytan served as a Program Expert and Junior Program Expert at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from November 2017 to May 2022. Aytan's experience also includes work as a Civil Servant at the State Committee on Property Issues from May 2016 to November 2017 and as a Program Specialist at the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan from May 2015 to May 2016. Aytan started a career as a Private Sector Intern at GIZ in late 2014. Aytan holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from ADA University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Azerbaijan State University of Languages (2009-2013).
