Léo Raoul

Léo Raoul has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Léo began their career in 2011 with an internship at Crédit Agricole CIB, where they focused on automating the processing of global financial data. In 2012, they worked as a part-time R&D apprentice engineer at HORIBA Scientific, followed by a research and development engineer internship at the same company.

In 2013, Léo Raoul entered the entrepreneurial world and worked on two start-up projects at ALPhANOV. One of these projects, FEMTOprint SA, became a successful start-up specializing in laser systems for 3D printing and engraving glass microdevices. Léo Raoul played a key role in studying market opportunities and developing business models and market entry strategies.

From 2013 to 2015, Léo Raoul worked at Blue Industry & Science, first as a product development and industrialization project manager, focusing on optical design and cross-disciplinary engineering. Later, they took on the role of manufacturing and production manager, overseeing schedule management, supplies, and process monitoring. Léo also implemented an open-source ERP system for the company.

In 2016, Léo Raoul joined INFARM, initially as a project manager and later transitioning to roles such as operational excellence team lead and production manager. During their time at INFARM, they managed strategic initiatives and led the transformation of operational processes.

Most recently, in 2022, Léo Raoul joined CNC24 as the Head of Transformation, where they are responsible for driving the company's transformation initiatives.

Léo Raoul completed their education at three different institutions. Starting in 2009, they attended Lycée Saint Louis in Paris for a period of two years. During this time, they focused on their studies in the field of PCSI PC*. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Léo pursued their Master of Engineering Honors Degree at Institut d'Optique Graduate School, with a major in Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Optics & Laser Engineering. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended ESCP Business School, where they earned a Master in European Business with a specialization in Business Administration and Management.
