Ben Rometsch is an experienced technology executive with a diverse background in software development and governance. As Co-Founder and CTO of The Hoxton Mix since May 2009, Ben has contributed to providing virtual office services across the UK and Europe. In parallel, Ben co-founded Flagsmith in August 2018, serving as Chairman of the Board for a platform focused on feature flag management and product enhancement. Ben is also a member of the CNCF OpenFeature Governance Board, supporting an incubating project that establishes open standards for feature flag management. Additionally, Ben co-founded Solid State Group in April 2002, a software development agency, and has held developer positions at Digitas and Rare Medium earlier in their career. Ben's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
